Timesheet reinvented

Pandora, a timesheet with a presentation style similar to Outlook, is friendly and easy to use. Worked time can be entered as blocks of time, with a list of projects or activities assignable by employees.


Once the weekly cycle is complete, employees submit their timesheets to their supervisor for approval.

  • Absences can also be entered by the user, directly in the timesheet. The absence management system allows direct electronic approval by the employee’s supervisor.
  • A grid displays the current balances of time banks for each employee.
  • Statistics for worked time and absences are also shown, by day.
  • A window displays absence requests for current or future work cycles, along with the status of each request.
  • Another window shows the total amount of time entered for the current cycle time for each project and activity.
  • The interface is highly customizable.
